Returns and refunds

If you want to return your order or have a problem, email uni@uniracing.es with your order number. We will help you with the next steps.

If you change your mind

If you buy as a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can tell us you wish to cancel without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. For an order delivered in separate shipments, the period begins when you receive the last item.

You can email us a clear statement of your decision. You do not have to use a form or wait for permission to exercise this right. After notifying us, you have another 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

Condition of the goods and return costs

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Installing the graphics may substantially reduce their value.

Keep the original packaging if possible and protect the parcel properly for transport; original packaging is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal. You pay the direct return shipping costs when returning goods because you changed your mind.

How refunds work

We will refund the payments covered by your withdrawal, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable, within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision. We do not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose instead of the least expensive standard service offered.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise, without additional refund fees.

Personalised goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example with your name, race number or a design created at your request. This exception does not remove your rights if the goods are defective, incorrect or do not match what was agreed. Choosing a standard catalogue variant does not by itself make an item personalised.

Defective, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photos help us handle it. Where we are responsible for a lack of conformity, the applicable legal remedy will be provided at no cost to you, including necessary transport costs. This policy does not restrict your statutory guarantee or other rights.
