Uniracing and its GRASTEC® technology at the 2022 Dakar
Thirteen motorcycles protected and decorated by Uniracing will participate in the next edition of the toughest rally in the world.
Argentona (Barcelona), December 17, 2021 – Uniracing returns to the Dakar. It does so with thirteen motorcycles and their respective riders from the HRC Monster Rally Team, Rieju, Sherco, and Klim Twin Trail Racing Team. Starting January 2, all of them will embark on the world's toughest rally, the ultimate test bed for Uniracing in the world of racing.
The Dakar is just around the corner. The world's toughest rally kicks off on January 2nd in Jedah, Saudi Arabia's third edition. Uniracing will once again be at the ceremonial start, represented by thirteen motorcycles and their respective riders, led by Dakar winner HRC Monster Rally Team, with Ricky Brabec [2], Pablo Quintanilla [7], Nacho Cornejo [11] and Joan Barreda [88].
Rieju and Sherco are two other brands that trust Uniracing to face this new edition of the Dakar with all the guarantees of protection and decoration, a perfect test of fire for a product designed to protect motorcycles from all the aggressions they may suffer on a route full of adversities. Uniracing equips the Rieju of Patricio Cabrera [50], Daniel Nosiglia [54] and Marc Calmet [108], while Sherco is in charge of the machines of Lorenzo Santolino [15], Rui Gonçalves [19] and Harith Noah Koitha Veettil [20].
Uniracing's presence in the next Dakar is completed by the debutant team KLIM Twin Trail Racing Team, first-timers in the Dakar but with a long history in the off-road world with the pilots Isaac Feliu [134], Carles Falcón [135] and Albert Martín [136].

For Uniracing, this will be its umpteenth Dakar since the motorcycle decoration and protection specialist debuted in 2007 with the JVO team. The demands of such a tough rally have allowed Uniracing to develop a unique level of protection for its decals, a protection that is also applied to street bikes with GRASTEC®, a proprietary technology based on the use of exclusive materials and processes, which, after many years of use, Uniracing has decided to register this year.
